So many of us in the captive propagation, super reef geek hobbyist, plankton fanatic, and super informed world saw it coming.  Reed Mariculture one of my favorite companies has been paying attention to us breeders for years under the radar and supplying us with ounce upon ounce, pound upon pound...

so it's late and I'm just finishing up work but a few thoughts have weighed heavily on my brain stem lately... the thoughts around all the hype for "Green" and the need to nurture and care for the resources we have... there are two camps that show their faces (and a third that I want to point out).

so with sony's network being infiltrated and Sony working as hard as they can to limit damage done to customers due to data loss I see a re-occurring theme going on.  Everyone is whining about how they cant play games online or access netflix.  They dont seem to mind so much that their childrens logins and identities are at stake.

Lets delve further shall we.....

Yesterday I blogged a little bit of a brain dump regarding drive...

Tonight is all about procrastination (yes the opposite of drive).  I sit here staring at my cultures realizing I have to get up and work on them.  I am procrastinating folks!  It's not that I have any great deal of strenuous work to do with them, and it's not that I dont enjoy working with all my little plankters, in fact I would probably end up getting engaged and dink around for two hours or so if I got up right now and just started.

Have to put these thoughts to the ether before they dissapear into my mind (lots going on up there)

Through luck, life, circumstance, and pure effort I managed to round up a very good group of mentors in my life through the years.  As I think about how things are going with work and the successes and failures of those around me I can think of one unlikely mentor (anyone that knows both of us knows we are oil and water).  Nevertheless this person has truly changed how I do things in my life, in a very positive and big way.

So.... As I tinker with the tank this weekend I think (well duh... most of us think I think...).  In any case I find myself conflicted about a subject that I have a strong feeling for.  I try to distance myself and think of the positives and negatives before commenting but well... I'm an outspoken kinda guy.

lol... tomorrow is Easter Sunday in case you didnt know.  I've decided to take some time from my hectic life to figure out how to sink eggs full of spectrum pellets and cyclop-eeze in the tanks.  How do you get the fish to carry a basket I wonder.....

So I told myself I was going to make an effort to actually update this thing every day if I could.  After quite a long... long... loooong day I am finally here at home and settling down to do a quick update before I jump into my daily maintenance of tank and cultures.

So more and more I am having things happen here and there that I should be blogging about but naturally time slips off and I forget, or dont, or get busy, or whatever.  So for all three of you avid fans out there heres a quick update:
